Aspire Health Hub is a corporate wellness platform by Bruce Studios, enabling employers to offer training, wellness and recovery as an employee benefit. On employee-level there are two main options; memberships and credits. The right option depends on your company size, budget, and how you want to manage employee usage. On company-level Aspire Health Hub offers services such as customized Health Weeks, Team Classes and on site massage sessions through the partner network. Apart from the health services Aspire Health Hub gives companies access to live usage statistics and seamless administration.

Pricing depends on the solution, company size, and level of customization. Memberships start from 199 SEK / 199 NOK / 249 DKK per month, while credit packages start from 10,000 SEK / NOK / DKK. Full Aspire Health Hub solutions are tailored to each company and priced accordingly.
For Aspire Health Hub there is no lock-in period. However, if your company choose to buy memberships for your employees there may be lock-in periods depending on what tier you choose.
Through Aspire, you can offer employees one of Bruce Studios’ memberships, from lighter plans with a fixed number of visits per month to premium tiers with unlimited access. You can offer fully or partially paid memberships or corporate discounts. We help you find the right setup for your company.
The tiers primarily differ in the number of monthly visits included and access to different studios and activities. Higher tiers provide unlimited access across the full network.
That depends on the solution you choose. Some setups require the entire company to be connected to the same tier, while others allow employees to choose their own level, where the company subsidizes part of the cost and the employee pays the difference directly in the app.
Yes. If an employee wants a higher tier than the company covers, they simply pay the difference directly in the app, no HR administration required.
Depending on what agreement you are on you can either cancel the membership or it will expire when the annual agreement expires. Contact mans@bruce.app and we’ll help you sort it out.
No. Corporate pricing applies to standard list pricing only and cannot be combined with other offers, promotional discounts, or already discounted list prices.
Credits are the in-app currency employees use to book classes and activities. You purchase a shared credit pool that can be distributed across employees, while controlling how many credits each person receives per week.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Unused credits expire after 12 months. Setting a reasonable weekly usage limit per employee helps keep the credit pool active.
Yes, directly in the app, without involving HR.
Yes. The price per credit decreases with larger purchases. Get in touch and we’ll provide a tailored proposal.
Yes. We can organize company classes, wellness weeks, and health initiatives tailored to your budget and goals. Reach out and we’ll tell you more.
Employees can access strength training, yoga, pilates, HIIT, climbing, swimming, sauna, spa, and recovery services. All in one app. The available offering varies by city.
Yes. Aspire provides one unified platform and structure regardless of whether employees are based in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Malmö, Oslo or Bergen.
You’ll have access to employee usage data, overall utilization rates, exercise trends compared to WHO recommendations and booking history, all of which are exportable into a report. All data is accumulated at the company level; no individual employee statistics are available.
For memberships and purchases made through the Aspire Wallet, individual employees are specified on the invoice so they easily can be matched for salary deductions or wellness allowance. Invoices for credit packages do not include any individual employee names or usage details.
No. The invoice is issued to the company and specifies the purchases made, not the individual bookings of employees.
Yes, we have support to add several companies into one user account if you are a Group of different companies or if you need to customize the offering on country level. Thus, you can receive invoices per country/company within your Group.
You are only invoiced for the amount that is actually used. Each month, we compile the total Wallet usage and invoice your company accordingly.
For example, if you have 100 employees and offer each employee a wellness contribution of 1,500 SEK per year, the total allocated amount would be 150,000 SEK. However, if during the first month only 25 employees make purchases through the Wallet totaling 14,500 SEK, your invoice for that month would be 14,500 SEK and not the full allocated amount.
Employees can easily be added through the Aspire portal, either manually or via CSV upload with names and email addresses. Employees receive an activation link and can start booking immediately.
Yes, we have support to add several companies into one user account if you are a Group of different companies or if you need to customize the offering on country level.
You simply deactivate the account in the portal. It takes less than a minute.
Yes. Weekly usage limits can be adjusted individually directly in the portal.
Yes, employees can use their wellness allowance for a Bruce Studios membership. Aspire solutions are corporate wellness benefits invoiced directly to the employer, not individual employees.
Yes. Aspire Health Hub handles all personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations and data protection laws. We only collect and process the information necessary to provide and administer the service.
Individual employee usage data, bookings, and health-related activity are never shared with employers on a personal level. Companies only receive aggregated insights and usage statistics designed to help evaluate overall engagement and utilization trends while protecting employee privacy.
We also work with secure systems, controlled access routines, and data processing agreements to ensure that personal information is handled responsibly and securely at all times.
